Sublease available for a unit in "The Hub." I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at The Hub. I'm flexible on moving dates. But the sooner the better.
The unit is "Room D" in the attached floorplan. It has a shared bathroom with one other tenant. Furnished with a Bed and desk. You'll be living with three male roommates.
Washer-Dryer in unit. There's a parking garage attached to the building on the 2nd floor. A gym. And you're downtown. Walking distance to the University of South Carolina.
You'll be taking over the lease for me, so you'll be paying and dealing with the leasing office once you sign. So don't worry, it's not actually a sublet.
The least is until late July.
Rent is $1,000 month, with electric split between the roommates. Free internet.
For fees: There is no security deposit. That said, there is a $500 re-lease fee, which we can split for $250 a piece.
Other: If you have any requests, please feel free to let me know! In particular, I encourage people to come tour the unit if you have the time. Ideally, you can meet your potential roommates.
