This kitchen is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. There is an abundance of natural light that fills this apartment, and you will have your own bathroom!
The standard is pet friendly! I currently live here with my dog, and she is loving it! I absolutely love living here; however, I have extenuating circumstances that prevent me from staying.
You are within walking distance to campus and are right next to vista and soda city. It is a 20-25 minute walk to the Thomas Cooper Library and about 5 minutes from the heart of Vista.
The area is extremely safe and I have felt completely comfortable here. Mail is kept in a password protected room to prevent stealing.
Also, you must have a key fob to enter the building and to use the elevators for extra security measures! The unit comes fully furnished as well, so there is no need to worry about moving a trucks worth of furniture.
If you opt into parking in their secured garage, that will be a $110 monthly addition to rent.
On average, utilities are $50 a month.
