Three individual rooms available in a well upkept cottage at the Retreat (privately owned).

Current tenant is fun, clean and respectful. Looking for female roommates. Shared furnished living room, full kitchen and laundry room.

Individual rooms have private full bath and desk. Walk-in closet available in some rooms.

WiFi included. Utilities all usage split evenly amongst all tenants (average $80 per month). Rooms have security lock entry

Security Deposit $550 (due 30 days after lease signing) Parking Fee $50 (due with first months rent) - convenient parking Liability Insurance required $130 per year lease term
